Qualifications: Clients may be referred to the program by their physician. Formal eligibility and a treatment plan, if appropriate, are determined after an initial evaluation with therapy staff.

Brief description: Our CARF accredited Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program is located within OSF Saint Francis Medical Center. We have a 24-bed rehabilitation patient care unit. A team of specialists work together to care for patient. Education and training is an ongoing process with patients and their families. As part of the discharge plan, community resource referrals are made to ensure a smooth and successful return to home.
