Its main purpose is to provide a user-friendly directory of resources that are available in our area for youth, both during and after high school. The contents include information about organizations providing services in the following areas: educational services, financial support, health care, support services, recreation and leisure, residential services, transportation, and vocational services. The directory was developed by the Transition Planning Committee (TPC) of Champaign County, Resource Directory Subcommittee.</p>
